Welcome to fansonly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the fansonly website and app (the "Service"), operated by fansonly ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
fansonly is a ticketing platform that lets event organizers ("Organizers") sell tickets and lets attendees ("Buyers") purchase them. We provide the technology; the event itself is the responsibility of the Organizer.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Organizer accounts are invite-only.
3. Tickets & Purchases
- Ticket prices are set by the Organizer. fansonly may add a service fee, shown before purchase.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- All sales are final unless the Organizer offers a refund or the event is cancelled. Refunds for a cancelled event are handled per the Organizer's policy.
- Tickets are personal to the Buyer and may not be resold for profit without the Organizer's permission.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for their events, accurate listings, honoring valid tickets, refunds, and complying with applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with the platform's operation.
6. Messaging
If you opt in, we may send transactional emails and text messages related to your purchase (such as ticket delivery and event reminders). Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its branding and software, is owned by fansonly. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
