Tickets

Every kind of ticket one night needs.

Free RSVPs, a price ladder that opens itself, passes for the people who always get in, and drinks once they’re through the door. All on one event.

What lands on their phone

One event can issue all three. Every one is a scan at the door or the bar — nothing to print, no list to check.

Codes shown are examples. Real ones are single-use and unguessable, and a pass greys out the moment it’s scanned.

Free events

RSVP, when the door is free

No price, no fee, nothing to check out. People reserve a spot and still get a real scan code, so the door works exactly like a paid show and you know who actually turned up rather than who clicked “interested”.

Reserve up to two spots per person, so someone can bring who they’re bringing without a second step.

Donations

A free party can still pay for itself

Turn on donations and a card appears on your event page where guests can give — a few amounts you suggest, or one of their own. Print the Donate code for the door and anyone can scan and give on the spot, with no ticket and no app.

Only where it fits

The card shows on a free event. Put a paid tier on sale and it steps aside.

Its own code

A separate QR that opens the donation card and nothing else, captioned “Scan to donate”.

Your call on the fee

Inside the gift so they see one clean number, or on top so you keep the whole amount.

Paid admission

A price ladder that moves itself

Set your tiers and we sell them cheapest first. When one sells out the next price opens on its own — no dates to set, no cutoffs to remember, nothing to switch over at 11pm because Early Bird went while you were on the door.

Early Bird$25Sold out

Late$45Opens next

Buyers only ever see one price, so nobody has to work out which tier they’re allowed to buy.

Tap to Pay on iPhone

The walk-up who turns up with a card

Not everyone buys ahead. Sell them a ticket on the spot and take the card on the same phone you’re scanning with — no reader, no second device, no cash box. The ticket is issued already checked in, because they’re standing at your door.

One phone does both

Scan the people who bought, sell to the people who didn’t, on the same device.

It counts properly

A walk-up sale lands in the same numbers and the same payout as every advance ticket.

Set up once

Enable it on your iPhone the first time. Every event after that is ready. Needs iPhone XS or later on iOS 18.

Guest list

Passes for the people who always get in

Add guests with plus-ones and they get the same scannable pass as a paying buyer, by email or in Apple Wallet on iPhone. The door treats them identically, so nobody waits outside while someone scrolls a list.

The color is the same on the pass, in the email and in Apple Wallet on iPhone, so staff read the tier off the top of a phone without stopping to look at the name.

Counter

Drinks, credits and merch — after they’re in

Once someone checks in at the door, the bar unlocks on their phone. They order and pay from where they’re standing and get a prepaid pass any bartender can scan.

Drinks

Your menu, your prices. Guests pay what's listed, with nothing added at checkout.

Credits

Prepaid tokens for the bar. Sold ahead, redeemed at whatever pace the night takes.

Merch

Sell the shirt at the show and hand it over on a scan, with no second payment setup.

Tips

Collected at checkout and passed to you in full. We never take a cut.
